Berries Smoothie Bowl

Lately I’ve been a bit obsessed with smoothie bowls. They are incredibly easy and quick to make, you just need a blender, 3 ingredients and 5 minutes. They make the perfect breakfast or snack when you’re in a rush but you want something healthy (and pretty). Since it’s summer, anything cold and fruity is a must and there are so many variations to this recipe, depending on the fruit you like best.

If you try this bowl, let me know or tag me on Instagram (@chiara.cisario), can’t wait to see your creations!

  1. Cut up fresh bananas or take 2 frozen bananas from your fridge and place them in a blender with cold water and blend until very smooth

Looks so yummy! I’ll try it out. Great photo.

I’ve tried and it was so good! I’ve done the gluten free version because I canmt eat gluten, but it was awesome anyway 🙂
